MPWR offer a variety of services to enhance positive mental health and engagement with the aim of preventing exclusion and/or offending. We cater for all ages with a guide of 5+ and a variety of settings including; mainstream, SEMH, SEND & alternative education, residential care, custody, prison & YOI and within the community. Our team are highly experienced and deliver outstanding results using informal, unique and relatable techniques to engage and create long-lasting impact. Our services improve mental health and increase engagement, attainment, attendance levels while allowing opportunities for children, young people and vulnerable adults to thrive, understand and manage their behaviour & emotions.
All services now come with the option for individuals to achieve fully accredited qualifications through our partnership with AQA.

Our group sessions take place in our brand new Gym located in Lichfield. Group sessions cater for up to 8 children and young people and are supervised by qualified PT's, mentors and education professionals. Our sessions are designed for children and young people to safely build confidence and physical strength while improving their mental health using fitness and movement as a stimulus and are suitable for those with SEMH, SEND, difficulty engaging or those lacking confidence but are open to all.
Sessions take place on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm with an exclusive access session on Fridays at 10.30am for Home educated children and young people. Our sessions are just £6 pay as you go, no membership needed.
