A multi-award winning teacher with extensive experience within offender learning, behaviour management and inclusive practice working with children, young people and adults. With over 18 years experience, unique approaches to engagement and a high success rate of engaging those who have offended or are at risk of offending Dannii has the qualifications, skills and passion to drive MPWR Group as Founder, CEO and member of the front line team. Dannii is our Designated Safeguarding Lead trained to level 5 and also holds a 2:1 BA Honours Degree in Child and Youth Studies along with TAQA Level 3 and Fitness Instructing Level 2.
A global music artist originating from Canada, Moses, known as ’Yoko Gold’ is as passionate about supporting young people as he is his music. While working across the United States, and his brother, Daystar Peterson (Tory Lanez), currently serving a prison sentence Moses and his family are prime examples of how to overcome challenges in the most positive ways. Moses will share his experiences and guidance via virtual workshops including the impact decision making and the justice system has had on his family as well as the importance of positivity, goals and direction.
Ex premier league footballer and, now, TV pundit, Febian has first hand experience of growing up in deprivation with close links to criminal gangs and offending behaviour but joining academy football and having positive role models changed his path dramatically. Febian is now CEO of his own football scouting company, Skouted which provides opportunities for people all over the world, no matter the background, status, situation, to be seen. Febian is a regular at our outreach and fitness sessions and also delivers our inspirational workshops on change, determination and resilience.
Engagement Lead
Ryan has extensive experience working with young people at risk of exclusion in various settings and has a great ability to relate, re-engage and inspire even the most reluctant young people. With a strong background in sports, Ryan is able to find and utilise unique methods of engagement and encouragement in his mentoring approach.
Duane is naturally empathetic communicator with a proven ability to build strong, authentic rapport with young people across diverse backgrounds. Duane is extremely passionate about, and has years of professional experience in, engagement as well as strong personal experiences to share which enhance the impact he has on young people he works with.
Bethaney has a wealth of knowledge in the psychology and mental health field possessing a first class BSc (hons) degree in Psychology and Law and a MSc in Psychology. With lived experience as well as strong academic background, Bethaney is a passionate, dedicated and empathic member of our mentoring team.
Kieron draws from personal lived experience, from being permanently excluded from multiple schools and navigating life on the streets, to building his own business as a successful entrepreneur. Kieron has the ability to connect with children and young people in a way few can, utilising his expertise in performing arts and film directing to do so.
Multi-Sports Lead Facilitator
Ryan has over 8 years experience in education, sports coaching and leisure management with a wealth of skills and knowledge, specialising in engagement of SEND/SEMH children through sporting pathways. He believes everyone should be given equal opportunity to access sports, regardless of disabilities/complex needs. Ryan has previously worked as a specialist teaching assistant in a Pupil referral unit.

Having successfully completed work experience at MPWR Group, James is now assisting in delivery of our Holiday Clubs in Tamworth while continuing his studies in Sport at sixth form.
